What are the Sunday Morning Services like?

Our Sunday Morning Service is designed to help people encounter Jesus through singing, prayer and Biblical instruction. You don’t have to know the songs or know anything about the Bible to join us. We're just glad you're here!

How long is the service?

Our service starts at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, lasting 1 hour.

How can I serve?

Worship practice begins at 8:15 AM on Sunday morning. Contact our Worship Coordinator at worship@whbc.ca to set up an audition time.

Is there a dress code?

No, there is no dress code. Come in whatever style makes you feel comfortable.

What do I do with my kids?

Our "BaseCamp" Children's Program runs concurrent with our Sunday Morning Service. Parents sign-in their children (infants through grade 6) at the Welcome Desk in the foyer. At sign-in, the parent will be given an ID tag coinciding with their child's name tag. This ID tag is then submitted at child pick-up.

***Whitehorse Baptist Church is a Plan To Protect certified organization.***

How do you celebrate communion?

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month. We practice an open communion, which means that if you are a Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, we encourage you to participate. If you are unsure, you are welcome to stay and observe.
