2060 – 2nd Avenue, Whitehorse, YT, Y1A 1A9

What are the Sunday Morning Services like?

Our Sunday Morning Service is designed to help people encounter Jesus through singing, prayer and Biblical instruction.

How long is the service?

Our service starts at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, ending 1 hour later.

Where can I park?

Parking is available on both sides of the building and across the street in the Government of Yukon parking lot.

Is there a dress code?

No. Come in whatever style makes you feel comfortable.

Do I have to give money?

No. We do take up an offering as part of the Sunday Morning Service. However, this is primarily for those who have committed to supporting the vision and work of Whitehorse Baptist Church.

What do I do after the service?

Feel free to stay for a cup of Starbucks coffee or choose your favourite tea, and get to know some of the people who call Whitehorse Baptist home.

What do I do with my kids?

Our "BaseCamp" Children's Program runs concurrent with our Sunday Morning Service. Parents sign-in their children (infants through grade 6) at the Welcome Desk in the foyer. At sign-in, the parent will be given an ID tag coinciding with their child's name tag. This ID tag is then submitted at child pick-up.

How do you celebrate communion?

We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month. We practice an open communion, which means that if you are a Believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, we encourage you to participate. If you are unsure, you are welcome to stay and observe.
